Monitoring and Reporting
The commitment of the NGO to conduct monitoring and provide reports is absolutely essential.
The partner NGO must commit (and be able) to monitoring and reporting on the project - both the overall project of the NGO and the micro-loan component. The investment proposal must state that commitment and describe the NGO's ability to accomplish monitoring and reporting. Upon acceptance of a project, the following reports must be completed and sent to Up Micro-Loans.
1. Quarterly ongoing Report
Download the "Quarterly ongoing Report" as
word.doc or as
pdf.
This small amount of information enables Up Micro Loans to follow up on the productive use of the credit and the growth target of the gross loan portfolio.
2. Annual Report with annual Financial Statement
Download the "Annual Report" as
word.doc or as
pdf.
The annual report aims to assess the social and financial performance of the partner NGO and the project. In the final annual report, the partner NGO is of course allowed to apply for [a] new credit or the continuation of the project.
Note: For transparency and credibility, we encourage you to complete the financial part of the annual report directly on the website:
